Hi my name is John Coakley and I have been battling the payday loan cycle for a couple years now .I reside in Illinois. Here are my payday loan companies and how much i borrowed.

Discountadvances.com- $460 i have paid over that amount easily already

Platinum cash link-$360 I have also paid more than that so far

nationwidecash-$500

cashdirectexpress- $600

sure advance- $400

amt-$500

and 3 others at 250 apiece

I have paid almost all of them what i originally borrowed. Have gotten so far flipped over I do not know what to do? Please help

At first try to find out whether or not the above mentioned pdl companies are licensed in your state. If they are illegal, then you are required to pay them only the principal. Don???t pay them any interest or fees. As you have overpaid them, so ask them for a refund. Close down your old bank account and open a new one.
