Just wanted to share my experience....I filed complaints with the DE & MO BBB offices aganist Eastside Lenders. Make sure that you watch your email for a response. EL responded with a typical "she is still repsonsible for unpaid balance" when I have OVERPAID they by $950 already. I then had to REJECT their response through the BBB complaint so the BBB can send them that reject letter. Of course I am fighting for a refund and will continue to do so incesintely!!!
