It's not about guilty as charged but about total complaints vs complaints unresolved. Mine went absolutley nowhere and took about 6 weeks of back and forth before I thanked the BBB for their efforts but, obviously they would not be able to assist me any further. If the CA(JDB) doesn't have their ducks in a row, they usually cave with the BBB and you get what you want. I've read a lot of sucess stories but just as many where they were no help. In my cse, it was just step 2 in a papertrail all leading to what I beleive will end in litigation.
