"We recognize this complaint as a response to a template of a form letter circulating the Internet. This form letter is full misleading and inaccurate information. Unless this customer has a specific complaint regarding the handling of their account, we do not believe a response is warranted. Thank you for your consideration at this time."
I actually tailored my letter with own personal touches, or so I thought.
Do they lurk here or something?
If they would respond to ME, they'd know that I'm not refusing to pay what I owe; I'm refusing to pay nothing more than what I owe.
