Very interesting reading, the article addressed many of the posts on this site. I also found the part about PDL's not wanting to upset their neighbors, how there's not a lot of complaints from Oklahoma (for example), quite interesting. Perhaps the moderators here can say, HAVE there been many PDL complaints on this site from people in Oklahoma, Kansas, or other states where PDL's have set up shop?
