Cash Call Article

I am wondering, with looking at this article, what to do....
I have a Cash Call loan and I would like some advice as to what to do if possible. Would you do as the article says and tell them to stop calling me, let them do what they do and if sued dispute it and STOP paying them? Currently I am not behind on payments but not getting anywhere paying on the loan of course.... Getting rid of this payment would free up about $300 bucks for me and would be a MONUMENTAL help!

Check to see whether or not there is pending litigation against Cash Call or Western Sky in your state. If they are already being taken to court over their usurious lending practices and deliberate disregard for the law they will probably honor your C&D and revokation letter. At least that is what is working out with me.Like many of you I've fallen into the PDL trap and know, based on my research and that provided here in the forum, all but one of my lenders is actually legally licensed in my state of residence. That being said, I am happily paying what I owe in interest and fees with the legal lender and told the other companies to kiss off. I'll pay them, but more along the lines that they can't come back years later and say that I never even paid the principal and try some snarky legal trick to get me in court for more than what I owe. If Western Sky, Cash Call, Plain Green and all of those other tribal-based lenders were truly legal you would certainly hear from their collections department. Instead, you'll get stuck with the quote "bottomfeeders" that prey upon your ignorance of laws and regulations surrounding these kinds of loans and what you really owe.Today I had a bunch of people calling me to tell me I was going to jail. I said that's nice, but wew all know that isn't true. If you want to serve me with papers that is fine. You have my info so go on ahead. I'm not admitting to anything over the phone or in writing. They get mad. They get angry. But, can they do anything? Nope.
