i am in Florida...i hahent borrowed any more, im getting desperate & scared that they will try to get at my bank account , especially a new one i just got to get back on track.

They will tell you that you have to pay everything from the contract but I can tell you once you file complaints with the Florida Office of Financail Regulation you will be covered in the state. They have helped me a great deal with my illegal lenders and put me at ease with giving me the knowlegde that illegal payday lenders cannot enforce or collect on their loans in FL.
Think Cash is legal as the loan is done through the first bank of Delaware and since they are insured through the FDIC they are not subject to the FL payday loan laws.

FBD stopped funding think cash six months ago.the new co PLAIN GREEN that funds think cash is totally illegal.that is what the OP needs to tell us.if it was under FBD then yes it is legal,but if it was plain green then it's not.
