Hi - I had an online payday loan with White Hills Cash and placed a stop payment on my ACH transaction.

I received an email from WHC stating that I would be reported to Check Data Systems. I am unsure what check data systems mean. Is this like Telecheck that is used at stores when presenting a check or banks when opening an account or is this something different.

I am trying to get out of this payday loan mess that i am in and am using a lot of the valuable advise on this site.

since you never wrote a check they can't report you to SCAN,or any other check monitoring entity.bs threats.

White Hills Cash is illegal. You owe principal only. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything.

What state do you live in?
How much was deposited into your account?
How much have you paid (total) to this company?

I'm new to this forum, BUT this is what I was told...
