i am being sued in baltimore maryland by a company called hydra financial. they are say that i took out a loan for $150. which i never took out a loan from this company. i never talked to anyone from this company. a lady named mrs morrison called me from landmark telling me i could settle this dispute by paying 571 dollars today or she can proccess my summons papers...i took out a payday loan from netpdl and i feel i am obligated to pay them thier money i recieved 200 dollars from netpdl then the next day there was an additional 300 dollars in ky account...i then found out that most pay day loans are a scam and illegal in my state so i closed my bank account...and emailed net pdl because thier telephone number just magical doesnt work anymore..so i emailed them and explained to them that i would pay them the money i owe them not through my checking account but from off a prepaid card..and i requested documentation to be sent to home about the loan..which they yold they can not do for some reason. now i have this other loan conpany hydra finacial saying i owe them money when i only took a loan out through net pdl..i dont understand why i am being sued by hydra financial😞😦😐

The phone call was a scare tactic that these scum bags will use to try and get you to agree to a payment. Check with your counties clerk of courts and I bet you found that there is no suit filed against you. Next time these morons call tell them to take their paperwork and shove it were the sun don't shine.
