Here is my current PayDay Loan Situation. All of these loans we're taken out around November 2009-January 2010. I still get daily calls from the companies but just constantly ignore them. I want to get everything cleaned up and taken care of. Several of the companies I had renewed the loans and paid more then the amount borrowed in interest and fees. I need to know the best way to attack them all and get PDLs out of my life for good! These are the companies owed to and approximate amounts.

CashCentral-$550
OneClickCash-$200
Advance America-$400
CashNetUSA-$450
CheckNGo-$550
Ace-$450
Zip19-$500
Iadvance-$500

All of the loans were taken out online.

Here is another thing that is bothering me. The Zip19 loan is showing up as a collection account on Credit Report!

I'd like to hear from the experts on how I should get this cleaned up and what process I should take. I live in Texas.

Thank you so much for all your help in advance!!!

Payday lending is legal in Texas. As far as I know, Ace Cash Express is legal, Ace Cash Services is not legal in Texas. CashnetUSA and Checkngo are legal whereas Oneclickcash is illegal in the state of Texas. I don't know about the other payday lenders. You need to contact the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner in order to find out about the other payday lenders. You can go for the option of payday loan consolidation in order to get rid of the licensed payday lenders. As far as the illegal payday lenders are concerned, you can check out the given page to know how you should deal with them: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html .

If you already paid the principal amount to the illegal payday loan lenders, there is no need to make further payments to them. Ask them to return the extra money you have paid to them. I don't think Zip 19 is legal either. Shazzers can give you detailed information on this. The account has been assigned to a collection agency. You'll have to deal with the collection agency now. You can go for payday loan debt settlement program to pay back your legal lenders.
