Complaint Description:
I do not know who this company really is. I was contacted by them for a payday loan. I was shown a contract on the internet but it ws ommited when the loan was finalized and they debited my account a greater amount that was was supposed to be summited. I've contacted my bank and had my account frozen and a chargeback initiated. I contacted the company for a mailing address and they wouldn't provide it. I discovered that that address in Reno is just a shell address. They are based out in the UK and are not registered to do business in any state in the USA. I was able to contact an attorney on the internet that gave me an address in the UK for this company and was advised that they are operating illegally and that I could get into trouble if I allowed them access to my account. The UK address given to me is: Northway House 1379 High Road London N20 9LP They're business name in the UK is Rovinge & Meade aka Rovinge International PLC They also go by the names Route 66 funding & GFSIl in the USA.

Your Desired Resolution:
If they are a legal company I will be happy to send them back the money they sent to me. I just want them to leave me alone.

I just got off the phone with them after they threatened to contact my controller and auto debit my check! I am not sure how to file a complaint, or what they can legally do to me if I freeze my account... any suggestions?

I am fighting with this company right now too. They called me Thursday demanding payment by Friday. I told them I would call back. But I didnt. I told them I have not gotten a new bank account yet, which they didnt believe at first because they said my checking is the only way to get payment, so I said then I guess you wont get any money, and all of a sudden he was ready to give me the Money Gram information. I didnt call back and I am not sending any more money. It was a $200 loan and I have paid $725, they have more then gotten their money back. They havent called me since Thursday but Iam sure the calls will start again.

first draft a wage assignment revocation letter.then give it to your HR person first.any wage assignments are voluntary and revocable.then get your bank account secured.either close it or have it on deposits only.then have co-workers say you no longer work there.that is how deal with this illegal UK based pdl.
