Hello,

I noticed a charge today from my savings account of $40 from BIG Limited. I have no idea what this is. I did some research and found that this company loans people money. We got 1 payday loan from the internet, but paid it back the following 2 weeks. We got a $200 loan and paid $280. I thought it was a little high, but its what we agreed to over the phone. We never heard from them again..until today.

I did a reverse from my bank and they said they will invesagate. The ACH actually says Affidav BIG Limited.. What does the Affidav mean? Did a court tell them they could start taking money 6 months after we thought the loan was paid for? What if the bank decides they can take it, we really don't have any proof we paid the loan. The loan was taken out of our checking account, an account we have since closed. The savings has the name number just with a different one at the end. Like 12345 and Checking being a 5 at the end or savings being a 0...

Anyway, how do I prove to the bank if I have to that we no longer owe this company any money.

Dear Beccalynnharrison,

B.I.G. Limited doesn????????t have a good consumer feedback. If you search this community????????s forum then you will find many complaints against them.

It has been noticed that many payday loan companies, just like BIG Ltd. in your case, debit customer????????s account multiple times even when the amount was already being paid. MTE Financial is one such company.

In addition, you may also witness that a payday loan company has more than one entity or name along with many websites. Many-a-times, these payday loan companies debit customer????????s account through its different company names for a single loan. So, be cautious when taking and repaying payday loan.

BIG Limited also has alias names like
??????? GFSIL and
??????? Route 66 Funding.

I think you should go through these pages for help: -
