ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO I SENT BIG A CERT LETTER STATING THAT THEIR ONLINE PDL WAS ILEGAL IN THE STATE OF OHIO, AND THAT I PAID THE PRINCIAL AMOUNT AND TO CONTACT ME VIA E-MAIL OR US MAIL. TODAY I RECEIVE A CALL FROM A VICTOR, HE WANTS TO WORK SOMETHING OUT, TOLD I 'LL CALL HIM BACK HOW SHOULD I PROCEED ??????

Tell them to go piss up a rope and don't speak with them again. There isn't a thing they can do to you besides threaten, and believe me-THEY WILL once you tell them to shove it. They wouldn't dare walk into a court of law, they would be cutting thier own throat if they did.
