unauthorized payday loan

HELP,
I have a big issue with national check recovery . i live in texas and about two months ago my wife recieved a phone call from national check recovery stating the she owe money on a payday loan. my wife never took a payday loan especially online. they told her that she did and they told her the name it was under and who ever used her info used her middle name to take a loan and also opened up a chase bank acct with the info and also used her middle name to open the acct. National recovery demanded the my wife pay off loan and treated her very disrespectful making her cry and believe me its hard to make my wife cry she more upset than anything . they kept on calling her harassing her with legal actions . we made a police report and also talked to the bank about the situation and they gave documents stating that that the bank acct was opened fraudly and the acct was close and documents saying that my wife indeed did not open that acct , also who ever opened the acct used her middle name to open acct. My wife never does that . Today they called her again demanding money and very direspectful telling her she better be at home monday to be served . im tired of them talking to my wife disrespectful and just because she is a female does not give the right to a guy to talk a lady like that . The guy name is Tom Vincent 18773504058 ext 122. so i call the guy back and ask why is he harassing my wife we told him that someone stole her info and besides who opens an acct with there middle from what i know no one does and especially my wife but i did call the guy up again after he hung up on me because he nothing to say to me like the way he talked to my wife . i guess it made a difference when he was talking to a man and not a woman. i also called him back and asked him how does he like being messed with not very nice huh? so i told him stop harassing my wife or we will take legal action. he told me that he will be taking me to court , for what all i did was speak up for my wife. this is texas and you dont mess with someones family in texas . So i what should we do about this please help?

well
since you filed the paperwork and the matter is being handled.you have a few options.
1)ignore his sorry ass as he is breaking the law hand over fist.also they need to post a bond with your DFI to legally collect.i know this piece of garbage and they don't.
2)report him using the number you posted to the FTC,and your AG.
3)block the number.
you see since this is bottomdwelling scum.they need to rely on threats that are illegal.they never send a thing as no scam does.do those things and tell your wife to not worry.he is a loser with issues.
