Help with Payday Loans in Texas
Date: Fri, 03/12/2010 - 11:55
Fast Money 911 $300 (Paid probably $1800 already)
Check N Go (2)
Black Card Loan $500 (Paid $875 already)
CashNet, USA (2)
My Cash Now $550 (Paid at least $660)
First Bank of Delaware (2) $550 $600
Should I withdraw ACH privileges, freeze my account? What is the best way to go about handling thes? I need to work out some kind of payment arrangements with them. I really think I will just send a letter to Fast Money 911 and Black Card Loan and My Cash Now since I have already paid way beyond what I borrowed and revoke their ACH privileges.
Please help.

Before taking any action, you need to confirm which of these lenders are operating legally in your state. Texas follows the CSO model which enables the internet payday lenders to operate as Credit Service Organizations even without being licensed by the state authority. It makes things all the more complicated. You may check with the office of Secretary of State as the CSOs are required to register with it.
If your lenders are illegal, then revoking their ACH right is a right move. You can read more about dealing with illegal lenders in the following link.

You'll need to find out the corporate name. Utah licenses lenders under their official name, not under they website (although sometimes they are the same name).
