Has anyone ever heard fo a company called blackcardloan.com

I got an unauthorized deposit from them. I did fill out the paperwork, never e-signed it, and they called me the next day(on a saturday). They said they needed to do a conference call with my bank, to verify the last three deposit amounts and positive balance. They somehow got into an automated system and asked me to put in my account number. I did a fake one as to fail it, and they said do you have another account number. I lied and said there mus be a system problem, and please call me another time. I am NOT authorizing anything. I get a call later in the afternoon and on Monday, saying we need to finalize your paperwork. On Tuesday Oct 6th I got an email from them sayin your loan payment is due on Oct 22nd. Low and Behold, I logged in to my bank account, and sure enough $400 sitting in there, mind you it was needed and helped avoid O/D fees, BUT we never finalized it and I never E-Signed the electronic forms. My dielma is, I should have had it reversed right away, but didnt. But I cant afforde to pay it back. The Account is getting closed tomorrow, due to other PDL's (NEVER AGAIN:() that I am consolidating, so where do I begin. I am in WI, and it was a internet loan.

I've hunted high and low but other than their own website - which is a cookie cutter clone of hundreds of others and has no useful contact info I cannot find anything on these guys. Frustrating to me because I've taken on something of a new hobby trying to track these slimeballs down after I got burned by PDL's. Call it a personal vendetta.

Website says they are "Black Card Financial Group" which is also meaningless. "Customer Service Chat" link errors out.

It's ironic (or perhaps pathetic is better put) how they are trying to cash in on the AmEx Black Card mystique - which is a very high end, very hard to get card. Only the mega-rich need apply.

Sorry to not be more help, these guys covered their trail well.:(

I swear I have heard this somewhere before, I just can't remember what other name was used but I am sure there was.

Well I am turning this in to someone today, Attorney General, or something. They cant pull funds this week as it is a closed account now. Cant tell you how happy I am knowing I owe these payday loans....but wont have to make huge payments. Either settling or consolidating into Chapter 128!
