I am looking online at my Bank of America account. There is an ID number for each ACH debit. The number is the same for each payday debit. Is this the number I need to give the ACH Processor to block on my account? Thank you for any assistance.

Do you know who the processor is? You will need to revoke ACH authorizations with your bank and then let the processor know that you have done so. Just ask to speak with the ACH department of your bank. Don't do it at a branch. Speak directly to the people who do this as their daily job. Have you also revoked the authorizations with the PDL? The best way to stop the PDLs is to close your account. That way nothing will possible get through by chance.
