Need Help with BMG / Summit Group

I just rcvd a call from Mr. Harris at 877-405-3404 and he states that he is an investigator and that I owe 1,215 to Summit Group a.k.a. BMG. I explained to him that I wanted documentation and an address and he would not give me that info. He also stated that they are going to file a lawsuit against me for this money. And that I should be picked up on a warrant. I explained to him that I have reported this matter to the AG, FTC and I was in the process of filing a complaint with my local authorities. He claims that it doesn't matter what I do I am still going to have a warrant and have to pay. Can someone please tell me if Summit Group or BMG are legal payday lenders in the state of Florida.

Let me put it this way, no legit company would threaten you with such garbage, you can not be arrested for owing a debt, period! Tell them NOTHING, all they are is a voice on the phone to you, and I would never trust a voice on the phone that you do not know of.
