My bank account is negative due to ameriloan pulling NSF fee after NSF fee. These NSF fees are from Ameriloan still withdrawing after I have given them a written ACH revocation.

The Bank of America Electronic Claims Department says there is nothing they can do to refund these NSF fees even if I file a claim.

The revocation was delivered to Ameriloan a full 3 business days before their first claim. Would a bank manager at a branch be able to help me get this resolved.

I filed a claim on their latest debits, but BofA says nothing will come of the claim.

What do I do? I can't afford these NSF fees. BofA call center told me they couldn't put a balance hold on my checking account.

I plan on going into BofA this afternoon when I get off work with my paperwork. What exactly do I need to do or say to get this resolved?

yes go see the manager and tell them what's going on.show your ACH revocation letter dated.if they still won't help, then switch banks.if you have direct deposit get a live check.MCA has a list of banks that don't use CHEXSYSTEMS.bottom line if they won't work with you even with a letter revoking ACH debits, then don't bank with them.

I was with BofA also and what I did was 3 or 4 days before I expected all my internet pdl's to hit I went into the bank with a revocation letter notifying them they were to return all incoming ACH debits. I presented them with a letter stating all this and a copy of the FDIC rules stating a consumer can revoke ACH debits 3 days prior. Of course I also sent the revocation letters to the pdl's but they still put ach debits through but BofA because I gave thema written letter returned every single one and waived all charges. I am still getting little post cards in the mail from BofA notifying me that they returned items so the pdl's are still trying.

Quote:

Your Rights on Electronic Payment of Payday Loans

Consumers have the right under either federal law or industry rules to stop a payday lender from electronically taking money out of a bank account. This does not settle the debt but these rights help consumers stop the drain of repeated finance charges or bounced check fees while working out payment arrangements.

Try this with BofA take them a copy
