PDL in MD

Are they legal in the state of MD? I had to close my checking account already because Bottom Dollar was ACHing my account very week and overdrawing it.

I would close my bank account after letting my branch manager know that I am a victim of fraud and what is going on. Before you get riled up close your bank account and protect youtr money because once you send the letters they are going to attempt to go into your bank account and clean it out!!!
Once you secure your funds and send the letters file comolaints with your states AG, the FTC, the BBB, and consumer protection. UCL is in OK with Ameriloan file a complaint the the OK department of banking aswell. With UCL demand a refund of the overpayment they have taken. It will be ok don't fret or get stressed out!!

They helped me and I am now free of the pdl's. :p

Does anyone have a mailing address for Resolution Performance Group? I am going to report them to the FTC per the Maryland Department of Financial Regulation and I need the address. Any help is appreciated. :rolleyes:
