I'm not 100% certain that Payday One has an Ohio license but it's likely they do. Payday One generally has licenses in every state where their borrowers are and makes loans according to the borrowers' state laws. I know Ohio's law is changing, but I don't know how/if that affects loans that were taken out before the new law went into effect.
As for the other two . . . One Click Cash claims to be the lending authority of the Santee Sioux tribe in Nebraska, but they are just another one of Scott Tucker's companies that operate out of his Kansas call center. The tribe gets a piece of each loan so he can claim he has "sovereign immunity" when an AG or class action lawyer sues him. It doesn't have any licenses issued by any state.
Eastside doesn't make the extravagant claims One Click does, but it doesn't have a license either.

Wage assignments are revokable by you so it really does not matter if they are honored in Ohio. I do not think any of those lenders are licensed anywhere except for Payday One.
