All,

I live in Pennsylvania and my wife and I have a couple of loans through Plain Green Loans. I've used plain green a couple times and paid them off but then got another loan and it's an endless cycle. Below is a breakdown of what I have paid them including. Principal & Interest. Is there a way out of this.

Loan #1:

Amount Financed: $700.00

Interest Paid: $643.86
Principal Repaid: $700.00

Total : $1,343.86

Loan#2

Amount Financed: $800.00

Interest Paid: $947.96
Principal Repaid: $800.00

Total : $1747.96

Loan #3

Amount Financed: $1000.00

Interest Paid: $714.64
Principal Repaid: $1000.00

Total : $1,714.64

Loan #4 (Just Started)

Amount Financed: $1400.00

All

Amount Financed: $3,900.00
Interest Paid: $2,306.46
Principal Repaid: $2,500.00

Is there a way out of this last one is what i'm asking really. Do i have a leg to stand on?

Payday loans are ILLEGAL in Pennsylvania. You are only morally obligated to pay back the principal amount borrowed. Under the forums section, click on payday loans, this will bring you to links on how to deal with the illegal lenders. Follow every step. We recommend that you close your bank account, open a new one and do not divulge that info to anyone.
