overpayment of PDL IN PA

I have 3 pdl- great plains, green plain and western sky- I been told so many different things and I am not sure what to do
close my account and send them a notice of intent(pay what I can afford) do these tribal so called business's have a legal right to sue me?
western sky(cash call) I borrowed 2600 and have paid 2698 and still oew 2742.The other two I have borrowed 1800 paid 1080 and still owe 1767
please advise

Payday loans are illegal in PA. You are only morally responsible for paying back the original principal amount borrowed, nothing more, nothing less.
