Have any of you used the "buyer's remorse"
law to get out of an ameriloan. I backed out within one day and was told they would take the loan back out of my checking account with no other charges, but I am having my doubts. Anybody else do that?
What was the outcome? On another note, is there any way to change my user name? Thanks for the info. :)

i would just have your bank return the money.i don't trust any MTE,or MNE d/b/a.have your bank take care of it.as for the username.i would PM jason and see what he can do for you.

Paul,
The loan money was taken back out of my account yesterday, but I am still concerned that ameriloan will debit more for some trumped up reason. Any thoughts? I hate to close my account. I have other stuff coming out automatically.

I don't know how to PM Jason. I'm not much of a computer geek. Could you explain? Would prefer some less identifying user name. Is there a way to change the icons also?

Thanks,
P

I would put your Bank on notice about this so if something does come through they can reverse it asap. I think you will be fine but letting the bank know in advance will insure your account security. Go directly to the bank, do not do it over the phone and make sure you speak to a bank manager or personal banker, not just a teller.
