Help with online PDL in CA

I really want to get out of the cycle. If I didn't have these payments, I would be ok financially, but large chunks of my income are going to paying these. I can't seem to find which are valid lenders and which are illegal to sent the letter to. I have recently submit an ACH revocation to a few of these.
Balance Credit $2500 owe $2700 paid $3500 - $298 every 2 weeks
Elastic $2500 owe $2500 $200 every 2 weeks
Cash America Today $500 owe $300 $150 every 2 weeks
Spot Loan $800 Owe $850 paid $1000 $150 every 2 weeks
$ Loan Center $2500 owe $2000 $240 every 2 weeks
These were all taken via online, I live in California.

Pay the principal and
Pay the principal and interest both amount to the legal lender -Elastic
Pay only the principal amount to the illegal lenders.

As the later two are legal lender, you need to pay them regularly
