Are these PDL's legal in CA?

Cash Direct Express/GECC is located in Delaware. I didn't see them on the licensee database though for there. I can't get to the CA licensee database (crap!). I'm finding a lot for American Consumer Credit. Do you have more information on them?

Integrity Advance shows as:
Business Name: Integrity Advance LLC
Cornerstone Marketing
I Advance Cash
NetCash USA
Zip Cash
Business Address: 300 Creek View Road
Suite 102
Newark , DE 19711
They are licensed in Delaware.

I'm thinking the Loan Shop is licensed SOMEWHERE. I checked Delaware (one of their addresses) and found nothing. I can't get on the licensee databases of the other addresses! UGH!

Here is what I found from Goudah's research regarding state by state pdls (internet):

Internet based companies must be licensed by CA to lend legally.


So, if they claim they are legal in THEIR state, yay for them. If they are not licensed in the state of California, tough for them!

If you want to see this for yourself in correspondence to and from the California authorities, go to the "sticky" at the top of the page which lists each state (as she found the information out) and read California's. They MUST be licensed in your state to lend LEGALLY.
