I am in the State of California and I have PDL's that have taken over all of my finances and I am trying diligently to get rid of them. I know that two are legal Cashnet USA and Elastic. The other three are Instant wages, spotonloans formerly PDL Ventures and JHS Marketing, if anyone could let me know if these three are illegal so I can proceed to get them off my back. Thank you so much!

let me just say that all three are not licensed.in fact spot on is another "tribal immunity loan"that your state loves to wrangle with.to look for their license(or lack thereof)enter their company name.you will find what i found.all three are not licensed.therefore are illegal.

Thank you Paul, I have the link that Shazzer provided on the site as to the letters to write these illegal PDLs I just did not know how to verify if they are legal or not. I have been paying the interest on all three for many months now and only on Instant wages have I begun paying a paydown of 20 per pay period. I know that I can request a refund however, if I can just termiante each contract that would be great. I am also receiving calls from other lenders that are represented by "firms" of which I have never heard of or asked aloan form claiming I have loans.........go figure!
