I live in California, I got a call from Pdl group saying they are going to my work and ask for my boss, which they have my work address & my boss's name, I I didn't pay them . They gave me an extension to contact them. I do owe the company VIP CASH money but can they come to my work and call me there?

They can't. It is a total scam. And, they are an illegal payday loan by the way. Just tell them to bug off. They say bunch of lies only to scam people. If you owe money to them, just pay the principal amount. If they still harass you, call at 800-DEBT-913 to know the other ways to deal with them.
