Call at work --processor is going to serve me.. I am in MA

The office manager tried to get out of him where he was calling from and he wouldn't tell her. He also told her I was being served at work.. She told him this business does not accept this type of call and he would not be allowed to serve me.. then she hung up on him.. Is this a scam and can they serve you even when the loans are illegal? Trying to keep my nerves calm......
all my loans as stated below are illegal in MA
JHS MARKETING loans total $650.00 total paid to them $1030.00
ARCHWAY HOLDINGS loans total $950.00 total paid to them $1552.50
CUTTER GROUP loans total $750.00 total paid to them $1140.00
US FAST CASH loans total $1450.00 total paid to them $1975.00
Just a little insight as how to handle these calls when they sneak through, work has been hanging up on them...

fu processor call---now calling HR dept --in MA
I have not received any response in writing either by email or mail from these pdls listed below.

The have been calling several times a day at work, and being hung up on, now they are hassling the HR dpt at work. About wanting info about me and getting me served by a processor.
The head of HR talked to the company lawyers and they told HR not to talk any of them...
My question is, even though I have now have a new checking acct. Is it better to shut down direct deposit until this is done?

harrassments call getting worse at work. In MA
Everyone at work knows to hang up on the disgusting scammers but one is persistent. called 10 times in a row today.. every time we hung up but he called right back. Finally the office manager got on the phone and told him to stop calling. I know they have been calling the HR dept. but the company lawyers told them not to talk to them..
I work in a medical facility and these calls are interfering with work...but I know there is no processor is going to come and serve me since all my pdls are illegal in MA.. I am not sure how much longer work is going to put up with it. I don't want my job jeopardized. I don't owe any money to these scum bags...
any suggestions on how to get this to stop...have filed all my complaints to all agencies and sent my letters weeks ago.
