How should I handle this?

Recieved at call today at work from someone who was with Advance Me Today. She said last Friday's ACH withdrawel didn't go through. It was supposed to be for $310. Obviously that account has been closed, i did recieve an e-mail from them last week stating after the Feb 1, of the 310, i would paid in full. I was well overpaid on the principle to begin with.
Well, when I talked to her, I told her no to call my job. Since then, they have called my cell a few times. I already filled out a complaint with the NC Attorney General last week, after I sent my ACH revocation letters. Any suggestions?

I would resend your original
I would resend your original email to them - reminding them that you will only communicate via email. and that you are due a refund of the $ amount, you would be willing to forgo the refund in place of a PIF on the account.
