Any advice anyone.. I have been getting calls from this company about loan from hydra fund, which I did everything that I saw in the forums closed my account etc... They called my job and my coworker thank goodness caught the call. They have called me about 6 times, I filed ftc complaints. I have not gotten a call in 3 days , wonder how long that will last. Should I even answer, the reason why i was answering was I knew if i didnt they would call my job, so what I have been doing is answering and telling the guy I haved called the people with the claim number he gave and then I hang up. I just hate them calling my job.

They are trying to scare you. They are scammers. Don’t worry, they won’t be able to take any legal action against you. You should also file a complaint against them to the SAG office. Next time, if they call you back hang up on them.

forget to say, I asked them for valiation and they told me they dont have to send me anything because they are pre-lit firm also asked for address they said they could not give it out to me for security reasons, so I said how can i send you a c&d if you want give me your address they said that doesnt work with us cause we are a pre-litigation firm.

thank you for your response, so crazy to me that they call you with these tactics. today is the 4th straight day with no calls. How do I file complaint with SAG office, I went to website of my attonery general in ms and I am little confused as to how to file the complaint.
