I had a question about EEP's that hopefully someone could help me with. I live in CA and have an online payday loan out with Check into Cash. I called them a few days ago to see if I could get an EPP for my upcoming balance that will be do. They told me that I had to default on the loan first before they would work with me. I know that they are members of CFSA and I thought that if the company was a member, then they were required to offer that service. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
