I just received a call from him he said if i dont pay in one hour the police will come and arest me. Is this right I dont have that kind of money!

matt carlise would be violated in prison himself if he could be found,but alas this is a scamola.use any number you have to report him to your local police.they can also cinfirm it's a scam as they would be the ones arresting you.report and ignore.

No you can’t get arrested for nonpayment. Debts are civil case, not a criminal offense. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
