I have 3 online Payday loans, I cancelled my bank acct now they are calling and emailing me all the time, threatening to have me arrested and other things. Are online payday loans legal in Virginia? I have

Out of the 3 that you listed here, only CashNetUSA is a legal and licensed lender. Did you revoke ACh before you closed your bank account? YOu can ignore Plain Green and MyPayday for the time being (or completely if you repaid the entire principal). but CashNetUSA might attempt to sue you so the best option would be to call them and come to some kind of a settlement with them.
