Payday loan collection calls

I am getting calls from collectors who are trying to collect on a payday loan that was supposedly taken care of by Progressive Debt Relief program a few years ago, what do I do....should I call the actual payday loan company or call Progressive, the calls are getting rediculous and they are now calling family members of mine, Im getting so stressed out about this, please help

since progressive is a scam they didn't do jack.however who was the original lender,and what state are you in?the reason nobody here endorses,or supports places like progressive is for this reason.chances are the loan was illegal and therefore non collectable,or enforcable.have your family either ignore the calls,or hang up without a word.i wouldn't call either the scam progressive,or the scam loan.answer my two questions and we can help you.
