Cashnet USA/Cambridge Huckstably

Who is Cambridge and Huxtable? Is it a collection agency who has been assigned the debt by Cashnet USA? I checked the BBB site but did not find them. I think that Cambridge and Huxtable is trying to settle the debt directly with you because they can settle for more if they negotiate with you directly than by negotiating with a debt settlement company. You just tell them that you are under a debt settlement program with T and C and ask them to contact your settlement company.

Talk to t+c about how they are harassing you and your family. They will probably tell you to send the collection agency a cease and desist letter. It is very important that you send it certified mail though, that way you have proof that they sent it so you can file a compliant against them if they continue to contact you. there are sample cease and desist letters all over the internet. also, if you can, try to send larger payments into t+c and ask them to increase the payment to this company and pay them off quicker. Im sorry to hear that these people (if you wanna call them that)are bothering your family. I had one call my 94 year old grandmother (who was NOT on any reference list that i gave) and left a very ugly message on her answering machine. She has alzheimers and was histerical because the message was very threatening towards me and she thought they were coming after her to hurt her. Animals. I hope all these people die slowly and painfully while their children watch. :twisted:

I am so upset how they are being so underhanded after almost a YEAR of payments. I can't pay more but my loans are all getting more money because some of the loans are starting to get paid off!
I can't wait to be done with this!
