Can anyone tell me Arkansas - Pine Bluff law's on payday loans


All PDL's are illegal in Arkansas from what I have read on here. Follow OhioGals ways to deal with them. Good Luck.

Payday lending is NOT legal in Arkansas.

Are you referring to this? Can you highlight the section where it is written that payday loans are illegal in Arkansas? It will be helpful for all the forum members. I just want to know the law in details.
