Hi, I sent a letter cancelling my account with Great Plains and asking for a refund for the overpayment. This is what they sent me:
Dear Ms. Smith:

Pursuant to your request, we have removed your contact numbers from our system and we will make no further ACH debits from your account. Your account has been closed from further activity. I tried to check the account online and it is showing blocked from further activity.

Does this mean that the account is PIF since thay did not send a formal letter stating that? I have sent 2 more e mails requesting a PIF letter but they have been ignored by the company.

Also I sent the same letter to close my Spot Loan because it was illegal and they have not responded at all. After 4 days I called them at first I got the run around then finally someone told me the e mails have been sent to their legal department and I would be hearing from them. Still have heard nothing. What is my next step with them>
