Help with Pay Day Loans

I have several payday loans out and wondering what I can do to pay them down or something. I am don't know what to do.
I live in the State of Utah.
I have a loans with
- CashnetUSA: original balance $450.00 I have paid 432.67, current balance is $495.97
-Archer Direct: original balance $200.00 I have paid 150.00, current balance is $260.00
-Cash Central: original balance $500.00 I have paid 250.00, current balance is $625.00
-Check N Go: original balance $1,475.00 I have paid 2,058.90, current balance is $610.64
-Dollar Loan Center: original balance $500.00 I have paid 240.00, current balance is $443.57
-PayDayOne: original balance $1,250.00 I have paid 247.40, current balance is $1,207.74
-US Fast Cash: original balance $400.00 I have paid 120.00, current balance is $520.00

Contact with Utah Department of Financial Institutions to know whether or not the above mentioned pdl companies are licensed in your state. If they are legal, then you will have to bear both the principal and interest. In this case you may enroll in a payday loan consolidation program to replace your multiple bills into a single monthly payment. But if they are illegal, then you can get rid of this trap by paying back only the principal. No need to pay them any interest or fees. Ask them for a refund if you have overpaid them.
