I have gotten in over my head and need help! I have loans with:

Cash Now $1000
Advance America $700
First Cash $500
Check-n-Go $1015
EZ Loan $800
Texas Title and Payday Loans $500
Zip Cash $500
Cash Today $500
Cash Store $800 - installment loan
Ace Cash Express $600 - online
Speedy Cash $500 - online

My next payday is Friday and I won't have $1735 to refinance these loans. I plan on closing my checking account tomorrow. Where can I find the letter to revoke ACH privileges? Also many of these places have checks prewritten on my account. Any advice is welcome. I still want to pay these loans off but can't afford the biweekly payments!

Cash Now - Now - Not a lender, loan matching service, possibly illegal, call the Texas DoC and find out if they are licensed.

Advance America - Legal lender

First Cash - Is this a storefront loan? Do you have a link to their site?

Check n Go - Legal lender

EZ Loan - Do you have a link to their site?

Texas Title and Payday Loans - Is this a storefront?

Zip Cash - Illegal lender

Cash Today - This one is a storefront lender I believe. If so, they should be legal in TX.

Cash Store - Legal Lender

Ace Cash - Legal lender

Speedy Cash - Legal lender

Your best bet to deal with the loans is to revoke ACH in writing and force the accounts into collection after which you can negotiate on the terms.

As for the illegal lender(s), you are only required to repay principal, no interest or finance fees.

As far as the legal loans are concerned, you are liable for both the principal and interest. In this case it would be better for you to negotiate with your lenders and try to set up a payment arrangement with them. But you can easily get out of this trap by paying back only the borrowed amount to the illegal lenders.

I'm also from TX and from experience the legal lenders have to be paid -- interest and principal. They are easier to work with, though, and so far I haven't had any problems with the legal ones in terms of making payment arrangements.
The illegal loan sharks are a pain in the rear as they will push your sanity to the limit with their tactics. This website helps me a lot in dealing with them, and regaining control of my money. Emergencies make us vulnerable victims to these payday loan traps, and illegal lenders feed on that "helplessness". I vowed never to allow myself to fall victim to that trap again, because we pay them a lot whenever we refinance and they are enjoying this business of ripping people off. Good luck to us and how I wish our state laws were stricter in terms of dealing with these scammers.
