Help with too many payday loans

I have been reading alot on this site about payday loan help. I have 7 loans and cannot afford to keep up the payments.
My bank account is now overdrawn, so I guess they will decline the ACH withdrawals due to come out on Friday. I have opened a new account with another bank and directed my direct deposit payroll check to that account.
I am not sure what to do next. Should I wait for these companies to contact me and then try to settle or send them a letter requesting a settlement offer before Friday?
