Does anyone know of an address, or even email or fax number, for Capltal City? They're a payday lender that advertises in the Washington DC area - I've only ever dealt with them over the phone.

Do you know that payday loan lending are prohibited in your state. I didn't find any information on this payday loan company. How did you take the loan?
