Capital Funding Express???

I'm asking this for one of my co-workers.. he stated he applied for a Payday Loan on a website Nationwide Cash and then he rec'd email from Capital Funding Express stated that he was approved for a loan and a rep will call him.
Which it was a different Payday loan from the site he applied.... So he talk with the rep as they verifed his info. He stated they call his Bank while on the phone as they verified that he does get direct deposit and that his bank account was active.
He was approved for 300.00 but the extension fee is 90 he wanted to know that he didn't get scam!!! by this so call company Name Capital Funding Express different from Nationnwide Cash
However I did try to research this company for him on the BBB In NV

I told him it doesn't sound right
you would be right.if your friend didn't apply for the loan then
you would be right.if your friend didn't apply for the loan then refuse it.alot of ipdl's use a finder to locate applications and give loans.again refuse the loan,or have his bank return it.
