I currently have 3 internet payday loans one is with GECC for 300.00 one is with paycheck today for 300.00 and the third is with a company called Capitol Funding for 300.00 on the one with capitl funding I have already payed over 1000.00 for a 300.00 loan. I live in Indiana. I have spoken to a Bankruptcy attourney who assures me that I can list them in my bankruptcy. I cannot find any information on Capitol funding, I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with them?

Well, you can add these payday lenders in bankruptcy but if I was you, I would have first ascertain whether these lenders are legal in my state or not. Indiana requires the internet lenders to obtain license in the state to operate legally. Check out the following list of licensed lenders in your state to know which of your lenders are legally operating.

P.S. you are legally obligated only to repay the principal amount borrowed from the illegal lenders. And, if you have overpaid any of them, you may also demand a refund.
