Its hard to say. Cash Call has a reputation of allowing the debt to continue to accrue interest and just sue you for the debt and garnish your wages.
Ok so I finally called, Cash Call yesterday to ask if my account
Ok so I finally called, Cash Call yesterday to ask if my account had charged off, and I was told no (reason is I had told them we had contact a attry for BK, which is true, but we have not filed). So I talked with the girl who was actually nice. She checked my account and said they were offering a settlement, lump sum at 50% or 6 month payback at 60%. So I said what about 50% at 6 months, so she put that in and I have to call her back today to see if it gets accepted. I'm going to try to stick to my guns. I would rather have this taken care in 6 months, then in 5 years with BK. I'll keep you posted.
