i have a loan with cash supply. Is there anyone that is familiar with them. Well i called the lady yesterday because she basically told me the other day that i owed them 330 on a 200 loan that i have paid interest on about 5 times. she got really nasty with me stating i am using poor planning with my money, i was in tears. I guess they are hard to deal with then she told me she would give me one more chance to pay my debt before she send paperwork to my hr department or before she contact my supervisor.

I also have a loan with NLS they were very not that bad when i spoke with them. they want me to pay 87 dollars a month for 4 months. Cash supply said i have to pay 110 every other week. When i told them i didnt have that much they said they would get there money one way or another and that my cost of living is none of there concern.

I need help dealing with these people. When you are nice about things i can handle that better then you getting nasty with me. it makes me want to say forget yall and just hang up and never pay them anything.

Do you have any documentation for Cash Supply? Apparently you have a contact phone number? And who are the other loans with? How much did you borrow from each one and how much have you paid back each one?

Mzashley,
I have a loan with these people, and they suck. They are part of dmp, (debt management Program), and are being paid off that way. File a compliant with the BBB and your state DFI (Department of Financial Institutions), as they are operating illegaly in their state as well as any other state. Make sure you send them a cease and desist letter stating that they cannot contact you at work or at home.

Do they have an email address you can respond to? If so, email them and tell them to email you your loan documents. If they do not, call them and ask them to email/mail you the loan documents.

fyi-Cash Supply has the same address as Netcash and Nationwide Cash. They are all located in Espanola, NM. I am not sure if they just share a building or if they are actually the same company.
Ashley what state do you live in? I have dealt with Nationwide Cash and they aren't very friendly but they can eventually be reasoned with.
