[quote] Mr. Brian Carter,
Just like I stated in previous e-mails to you (10/6/07,12/14/07,today) You are not to call our phone. You are to use e-mail or usps to contact us. And this e-mail was sent 4 minutes before you called us. I do have a record of all the calls and voice mails you have made since I sent the first e-mail stating to contact through e-mail and usps since 10/6/07. But still you continue to call.
I will keep telling you that when you made this loan you made us believe that you were in the U.S and that your held a valid license to lend in the state you were operating in. Well you did not, the license had expired. So according to the state of NV this loan is null and void. With continued phone calls, harassing us about this will only force me to go to the local police department and file harassment charges against you. So now I am writing you to tell you that you are not allowed to contact Mr.xxxxxx at his work phone, home phone or e-mail. We will only accept contact from you through USPS. So any offers of settlement are to be mailed.
I will included the original letter I e-mailed you on 10/06/07 just to refresh your memory. I am also forwarding this e-mail to the state of Wisconsin and the state of Nevada, so again I have written proof of communication.

On several occasions we have attempted to contact you via phone and email with a view to resolve your complaint and come to a settlement, but we have been unsuccessful. If you could contact me on: - 1-877-210-9423, alternatively if you could give me a contact number and a suitable time to contact you, I would be very grateful. I would ask that you please respond us at your earliest convenience, but no later than seven working days from the date of this email, or this file will be moved back to collections department. Once the file is returned there, I will not be able to offer the same reduced pay off balance.
