I tried putting a complaint in with BBB, there is no such company with that number....so how can you make a complaint when the company dont even exist...

Yeah but be ready for some crazy crap from them...like when I told the guy I had filed with the AG, he said 'well let me get my AG next to me and have a conference call'...as if I was to believe they have an AG on hand.

As long as you know your rights you'll be fine. They threatened me with a wage assignment to which i explained they have no legal right to do that since it wasn't signed in person, never given notice, etc. Just send a revoke to your payroll dept and you have nothing to worry about, other than annoyances. Actually i haven't heard from them at all this week, which is kind of odd. Still, make sure you do that

Has anyone actually ever gotten a wage assignment from these people?

I recieved a call this morning from Cash2daylimited threatening garnishment of my wages. I attempted to make payment arrangemeents but they keep saying that is not good enough. I was yelled at threatening to call my supervisor who already told me my employer does not answer threats nor will they talk to anyone from creditors.

Please help.

If they are speaking they are lieing. Everything they say is a lie. Your best bet it simply hang up or never answer the phone in the first place. Their goal is to keep you on the phone as long as possible to grief you. Also, change any contact info you can like your phone numbers. They can never collect unless you give in to their harrassment.
