I'm going to post your laws but we need more information in order to help you plan a course of action. You need to try and figure out how much you have paid these companies, that information will be on your bank statements. Have you defaulted on your store front loan yet, when is it due? You might be eligible for the EPP (Extended payment plan) if this store is a member of the CFSA, the EPP will allow you to pay this off in four equal payments on each payday. You can't really close your account or stop payment on your check, criminal charges could be filed against you if you do, that is why it's important that you work something out with them so you can secure your bank account.
