Unless the companies you have loans with are licensed under the small loan act Code Regs. ???? 45:14 8, they are prohibited. Please provide us with the info that Paul requested so we can be of further assistance to you. :)

Eastside Lenders, unlicensed/illegal (the amount you owe is $150.00, make payment arrangements)

UCFIN Not sure what that is, please post what it stands for.

One click cash -unlicensed/illegal to lend in any state in the US.

Upfrontpayday -unlicensed/illegal.

epay - I'm not sure about them but I suspect illegal/unlicensed, if I am incorrect, someone please correct me.
e-payday-loan.com
PO Box 571992
Murray, UT 84157

Cash Supply
-is licensed somewhere but I am not sure where.

You need to send these companies a letter revoking everything, wage assignments, ACH transactions, and tell them to cease and desist contact with you other than USPS AFTER you have your account secured.

Sorry I just realized I missed a few of your pdl's. :?

Geneva Roth Capital - I'm not sure but I think they are licensed in another state, I know based on some of the posts here at the forum they are very difficult to deal with.

EME Marketing -Not sure but I suspect they aren't licensed. You have WAY over paid them!

Nevis
-SSM Group is illegal and unlicensed! They are in Nevis, West Indies. You have WAY over paid them too!!

USPS is the United States Postal Service. Securing your account means one of several things, putting a hard block on it, making it a deposit only account or the preferred, closing the account altogether, so the PDLs do not have access to your money any longer. That is really the only way to stop them from taking any addiitonal funds. But, as Shazz has said, you MUST do this before you inform the PDLs or they will go into your account and take, take, take. Just follow the good advice you get on this board. We will walk you through the process, step by step. Hang tight.

Have you closed your account yet? Because you really need to do that, and make sure your account will NOT be re-opened under any circumstances, just tell the Branch Manager you are being duped by these pdl's and need to get control of your money back, tell the bank you are making arrangements to pay these off by USPS (United States Postal Service), and whatever you do, don't make payments with checks, use money orders only so you will have a paper trail, and keep track of what you are paying them. Send a letter, something to this affect: Oh wait, let me look around the forum and see if I can find you a sample letter. :? Send it certified mail, return receipt requested, or send them via email, and also fill out complaints online to your state Attorney General, The Federal Trade Commision (link in my signature) and the BBB.

step by step..

1. closed bank account
2. send letter out
3.fill out complaints online to my state Attorney General, The Federal Trade Commision and the BBB (????). Where I can find their e-mail addresses or mail addresses???
4.make arrangements to pay if necessarry...

Did steps are correct to follow???

Just pay them the principal amount borrowed, if you borrowed $500.00, pay them $500.00, period! And the ones you over paid, request a refund, let them know you have filed complaints against them. I have a pretty good cease and desist letter at home, since I am at work don't have access to it, but will post it this evening for you. :)

Yes, that is correct. You can fill out a complaint online with all of them, just google 'online complaint for Mass Attorney General. The FTC is in my signature, just click on it and it will take you directly to the FTC site to file a complaint, make sure you make them aware that these companies are illegal, and be prepared to give them website addresses, amounts, etc. :)
